EXAMPLES OF LOG STRUCTURES

Log buildings vary greatly according to their builder's ethnicity, and the other type of logs and construction theme the builder used. Most of those we handle are hand hewn oak, ash, tamarack, cedar or hemlock. They are usually one and one half stories, and log houses vary in size from 16'x24', up to 24'x36'; while log barns are somewhat larger.
